Important Notes About Parking
 
  • Park in a spot marked as guest parking. If none are available, try the ramps at 7th and Grand or at 9th and Grand.
  • Anyone parked in the guest lot must register with the reception desk in Principal's Corporate 2 building (located immediately south of the guest lot).
  • Vehicles not registered with the Corporate 2 reception desk will be ticketed and/or towed by the City of Des Moines.
 If coming downtown from west on I-235:
 
  1. Exit into downtown at the Keo exit to go south.
  2. At intersection of Keo and 9th, go south on 9th and get in the far left lane.
  3. Turn left into the first parking area, guest parking for Principal at 680 8th Street.
 If coming downtown from east on I-235:
 
  1. Exit into downtown at the 3rd Street exit (takes you south).
  2. At intersection of 3rd and Crocker (just north of Vet's Auditorium), turn right onto Crocker.
  3. Take Crocker west to 9th.
  4. Turn left (south) onto 9th.
  5. After crossing Keo Way, turn left into the first parking area, guest parking for Principal at 680 8th Street.
