The goals of this chapter directly support the
goals if ISPI and are designed to:
- Model applications of performance improvement. The Golden Circle
ISPI Chapter will adhere to the Society's professional values
by using human performance technology in its own activities and
decision making. All presentations, published communications and
awards must involve, demonstrate or support human performance
technology.
- Support the professional development of human performance improvement
practitioners.
- Advance the field of human performance improvement.
- Promote visibility and credibility of the field.
- Establish mechanisms to influence leaders, who operate at strategic
levels in support of Human Performance
Technology (HPT).
- Track and promote the application of performance technology.
- Provide opportunities for members to enhance their ability to
improve the measured value to their organizations, customers and
external society.
