As CEO of The Fleming Group, LLC, Dr. Thomas provides
management consulting services to commercial, non-profit,
and government organizations. In this capacity,
she closes performance gaps and evaluates results throughout
all levels of an organization by applying best practices
in strategic planning, operational architecture, process
engineering, assessment, curriculum design, and evaluation.
Dr. Thomas serves on ISPI's Board
of Directors, Treasurer, and Executive Committee.
She holds graduate-level adjunct faculty appointments
in international studies, research methods, applied
business statistics, and independent studies
projects. Dr. Thomas has authored numerous professional
publications, including the Quantitative Data
Analyses chapter in the Handbook of Human Performance
Technology (3rd ed.).
